The People Team are responsible for growing the organization by recruiting, screening, interviewing and on-boarding employees. They also work to establish a strong team culture with trainings, events, and benefits.
The Systems Team execute the planning, installing, and maintenance of the various infrastructures and systems used throughout the organization. They also work on software development and data analysis.
